No one person can take credit for the content of this website. It is the work of hundreds of members over a 50 plus year time span. With that said ... There are some significant people who deserve the credit for helping to create this site and gather together its content, therefore making the Region's history available to both the past and present members of NRSCCA.

Patt is a freelance commercial artist and photographer.

Patt wrote a series of articles for the Exhaust Notes which were published in 2003 and 2004 on the history of the Region. It was the positive response Patt received to those articles that prompted the building of this website. Because of her work on the Region's history, Patt was given the title of "Region Historian" by unanimous vote of the Board of Governors.

Jerry is university professor and a freelance racing photographer.

Jerry Doctor - (Member since 1970, Offices Held: Regional Executive, Board Member, Editor, Treasurer, Pointskeeper)
Jerry took almost as many photos as Patt did over the years (and he continues to take them). He has donated some of his older photos for publication at this website. Jerry, following Patt's footsteps, also won National recognition for his work on the Exhaust Notes during his term as Editor, and he has been the archivist for the old issues.
In addition to providing photos and trusting us with dangerously fragile copies of 50 year old newsletters, during his 8th term as the Regional Executive, Jerry gave the website editors (listed on the Editors page) preliminary approval to begin the creation of this website. Without his initial vote of confidence, and his reaction to it when Patt Buell first showed it to him ("This is incredible!"), it would not be here.

Candy is a surgical technician and amateur photographer.
Candy Gerber - (Member since 1986, Offices Held: Regional Executive, Board Member, Secretary, Treasurer)
Candy kindly donated not one, but nine albums of her photographs dating back to the mid-1980s for publication at this website. Candy's myriad of photos pick up about where Patt's initial photos leave off. We can't thank Candy enough for allowing us to use her treasured photographic memories.
