Powder Puff Trophy

The Powder Puff Trophy was presented to the wife, girlfriend, or female member of Nebraska Region that earned the most activity points.

The trophy began in 1957 and continued until 1972 when it was retired and given to Helena Miller, who had won it the most.

When this trophy was retired it was felt that if the ladies were good enough to run events, they were good enough to run against the men in the open classes.

Separate ladies classes have returned since 1972, but the Powder Puff Trophy was never reinstated.
